Sign up here for the ‘digital update’, a very useful e-newsletter that will quickly keep you abreast of the latest political developments. And keep this link handy for a list of upcoming events (also mentioned in the ‘digital update’). We can’t sit back and continue to let inane bills pass at the state level simply because there are nearly no Democrats to speak up for reason. Get involved, even if it’s only to vote in the primary and general elections. Show WV there are Democrats here, and we care!
By the way, it’s not too early to start thinking about 2024. If you, or someone you know, is thinking of becoming a candidate, the WV Democratic Party has developed a number of candidate resources. You can find them here. Other folks (such as WVCan’tWait, or media corporations) may also reach out to you, once you’ve declared candidacy. It’s not as lonely running as you might think!
